REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our Commitment
At Veln by DinkCo, every order is carefully processed and fulfilled. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are explicitly met.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering errors, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, you must:

Contact us at hello@velnbydinkco.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation (as recorded by the carrier's tracking system)

Provide your order number

Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item — showing the item, the packaging, and the shipping label in the same image

Retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for review. We reserve the right to request additional evidence before making any determination.
Resolution Options
Where a valid claim is accepted, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

A replacement item (subject to availability)

Store credit to the value of the item

A partial or full refund to the original payment method
We do not guarantee any specific resolution method. Refunds, where issued, are processed within 10–14 business days and may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Items without original packaging

Items where photographic evidence was not submitted within the 48-hour window

Digital products and gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a promotional clearance event
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including any applicable consumer guarantees. Where goods have a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Where goods have a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. This policy operates alongside, and does not override, your statutory rights under the ACL.
International Orders
For customers outside Australia, this policy applies in full. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit. Customs duties and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances. If a refund is issued, it will be for the item value only.
