SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions or new product launches, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from Australia to:

  • Australia (domestic)

  • Selected international destinations (where our carriers operate reliably)

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date you place the order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, and remote locations.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local postal services.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.


Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where tracking is available).

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, re‑shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • We do not refund shipping fees for delayed delivery, refused shipments, or uncollected parcels.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel appears delayed, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number.

  • If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, contact us at hello@velnbydinkco.com and we will review on a case‑by‑case basis.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, peak season congestion, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered processing or been dispatched.

  • If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
