How long does shipping take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. If your country isn't available at checkout, feel free to contact us at hello@velnbydinkco.com.

How are your products made?
All Veln by DinkCo products are printed on demand. This means each item is made specifically for you when you order — no mass production, no excess waste.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the on-demand nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What size is the paddle cover?
Our Premium Paddle Cover fits all standard pickleball paddles (8.7" x 11.4"). It features a zipper opening for easy access.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order directly with the carrier.

I haven't received my order — what do I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, first check your tracking link. If there's no movement for 7+ business days, contact us at hello@velnbydinkco.com and we'll investigate.
